This company cannot be trusted. First Mr. Austin quoted me $595 then $695 then just before pick-up time $795. When I asked Mr. Austin when does this end he said, " I will shop around and he found me a price of $725. Also he never informed me that the balance for the transport would not be add to my credit card as was the deposit, and that I would have to pay the driver in cash upon delivery of the vehicle. I feel that overall this company is unethical and incompetent and would never use them again or recommend anyone to them.

Mr.Ross was fully aware of the uncertainty surrounding his quote. Our representative Charles worked diligently to get this vehicle shipped at the lowest rate possible for the Mr.Ross who falsely insisted that he had flexibility on the timing for p/u.("All the time in the world" He boasted!) Charles reluctantly attempted to match the price Mr.Ross insisted on. In fact, Charles explained that he would not charge a deposit until he had a confirmed driver. Immediately after booking the reservation Mr.Ross pressured the situation. We provided Mr.Ross with all possible options while waiting for someone to accept his vehicle at the discounted price.(Which is $105 less) I mean REALLY $725 FL to CA. 5 days in transit who complains about that!? Whats right is right! We went above and beyond for this guy. Thanks for the gratitude.
