Well, unfortunately I was also roped in with a price too low that would have resulted in never getting my car transported. I found this website through one of the other companies quoting the job and once I read the reviews, I realized the situation quickly enough to change transporters. Nationwide has a slick phone system requiring you to give your name before connecting you with either customer service or sales. The first day I called after accepting their quote, they picked up right away. Once I realized the type of company I was dealing with and knew I was never going to get my vehicle transported at the price that they quoted, I tried calling them back to no avail. Once they realized they were never going to place my job with anyone, they never picked up the phone again when I used my actual name. Finally, after 6 voice messages and 3 unanswered e-mails, I tried using another name and what do you know...they picked up right away. I told them who I was and that I was cancelling with them and they said they'd remove the vehicle from the board. No arguing...seems that they were used to this type of call. Remember, switch names, they'll answer every time!!! Better yet, go with another company because you are flipping a coin with this company. Once you're on the "owner / operator" board with Nationwide, you could get basically black-listed by the owners / operators even after you try to switch to another transportation company. It's really not worth the stress and time wasted to save a few bucks.
