Sue Wright was pleasant and expedient in finding a transporter for our F150 from Brooklyn, NY to FL., and their brokers fee is reasonable. However, the transporter that was contracted for us, Grace Transport and Towing, was not good at all. Grace Transport and Towing - their drivers, and customer communication was horrific. Too much false information regarding the whereabouts and delivery of our truck, was given to us by the drivers and the company owner. And unfortunately, they gave false information to Nations Auto Transport as well.

Yes, we were able to get an earlier pickup date, which was great. However, we were told pickup would be around 6 PM. After waiting on the street all afternoon for them, they called and said they were lost, needed directions from me. Long story short, I ended up taking my truck TO them outside of a pizza shop in Queens NY at 10:30 that night. The drivers were not professional, and didn't seem to knowledgeable with the handling of a pickup truck. The drivers never called en-route, and when I called them, I was told they would be to my house in about 3 hrs. No truck, no call, no nothing. The next day I was told the truck just arrived in Florida early that morning and would be delivered that day. No truck, no call, no nothing. Late that night, my phone call was finally returned, stating that my truck would be delivered the next day between Noon and 2PM. Various excuses from the owner that didn't match what the drivers said. Owner delivered the truck about 4:30 that next day. So for $650 (balance paid to Grace Transport & Towing), which is a great price, but you get what you pay for, no matter how old or new, or expensive the vehicle.

A better evaluation of transport companies should be done by Nations Auto Transport, prior to contracting a company's services out. Will recommend Nations Auto Transport, but research the actual transport company further on your own before committing.
