placed my order for an inoperable vehicle, ohio to az, when order was placed i was told that it would be picked up in 1-4 days...... when placing order i was told how everything was great and they told me all i wanted to hear, nothing could be farther from the truth!! after 5 phone calls and 3 weeks later...i was told that they misquoted the shipment and that they would have to charge me more. they also told me that they are having trouble finding a trucker to pick up an inoperable car. they had no idea as to when this might happen. customer service was terrible, no phone calls back, very unpleasant to deal with as soon as they found out that they made a mistake in the quote, it was almost as if they wanted me to cancell the order. their website looks as nice as can be, but don't belive a word of it. i've shipped many cars over the last 10 years and these people were by far the worst to deal with. STAY AWAY!!!
