I had ordered for Premium transport for my Vehicle from VA to CA. I was told they would pick up the vehicle in 1 to 3 business day. It was only after 18 days did they pick up my vehicle. They never called me or contacted me in any way to inform me of the delay. Even when I called to check on the status of my shipment they never gave me an answer and they would always say that they would keep me posted but never did. They still charged for the Premium shipment option at the end even though they took longer than the guaranteed and advised times and actually even longer than their normal advertised duration for normal shipping.I would never recommend them or do business with them again.
