I thought your service was excellent. I liked the
fact that your driver telephoned me 24 hours in advance to inform me
when he generally was planning the pick-up (and he spoke English). I
was able to coordinate a pick-up of the vehicle without me being present
(because I was able to hide the car key and tell your driver where to
find it via texting). He sent me a text confirming that he had made the
pick-up with no problems. On the pick-up end, it was nice to know the
driver's telephone number so my daughter could text him and find out
exactly when he was coming.
