After contracting with another trucking company to deliver our vehicle from New York to Florida this year we had nothing but problems. On the transport to Florida the truck broke down and we received our vehicle four days later but so covered in black soot and oil (they had transmission problems) that we had no idea when we signed off that we were agreeing that there was no problem as the body of the car was not really visible. The next day we had the car washed and realized we had damage on the front hood that was not there when picked up in NY. I immediately called the trucking company and was given the run around for three days to no avail.
I decided not to pursue it any further as I needed them to bring my car back to NY in March.
When it came time to leave in March they never once returned our calls and our car had to be left in Florida. After one week of trying to get them to transport it and practically begging them, they totally ignored my contract/terms with them and never once responded to our desperate situation.

I decided to call your company and the service I received was outstanding. Not only were you courteous but within one day you had a driver and our car was delivered a day early and in perfect condition. The driver was very nice and stayed in touch with us and did what he was supposed to do.

I cannot thank you enough for helping us out with such short notice. I am the caregiver for my husband and you helped ease a very stressful situation for both of us. I would highly recommed you to future customers. Sincerely, Mary Laiks
