Staff was great to talk with on intial contact. She faxed a contract within the hour and responded to any problems. Cost of the transport was a little high but we felt it was worth it to have a reliable company handling the transport. We had been in contact with another company and we never did get a contract and then they tried to bill us an initial fee even though they had not followed through nor sent us a contract.
The driver picked up the vehicle in a timely manner - he was then delayed 2 days in delivering it because his own truck broke down. The company and the driver both were excellent in keeping us informed of the delay and also when to expect it to be delivered. We were even given the driver's cell phone number to contact if we had questions or wanted an update.
