Simply, they did as I expected for a reasonable price. I paid $695 to have an SUV shipped from Seattle to Southern California. I had heard from local auto dealers that I should have expected it to cost more (> $1000). The nice thing about their website is that they will also give you a quote without having to provide all your personal information.
Once I decided to go with them, the driver called me the next day, and gave me some options for pickup times so that I didn't have to stay around home all day (like your cable/telephone guy makes you do). And the SUV was delivered without incident. I would use this company again if I ever needed to.
