Dear Erin,

My car was the last loaded and therefre the first unloaded. It was picked up in Florida on Friday evening and delivered in Massachusetts early Tuesday evening. I was delighted by the speed with which the car was transported.

Your driver was charming, succinct, courteous and attractive to several of the female staff at my Mom's retirement community in Massachusetts- where he dropped off my car at a convenient hour, with hardly even any dust on it, much less other problems, with the extra keys were they were easy to find, and in all other ways perfectly.

The price was exactly what we had expected it to be: No added fees.

I'm a low-income, handicapped, 66-year-old retired widow. If your company gave me- the client who can most safely be slighted- such exceptionally good service, anybody can expect exceptionally good service from your company.
