We are certainly sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our service. It is our policy to request a 3-5 business days to secure a carrier on standard transport and on main transport lanes. As some customers do have a need to use our expedite service which does come with a price increase, it is impossible to predict the elements, as there are several variables that can impact a transport timelines. We have always pride ourselves on our knowledge and ability to deliver on the demand of this industry. I do urge our customers to read our terms of agreement before they sign to ensure the information is the same as the information discussed, this prevents any possible misunderstandings and sets the right expectation.
