Pick up was supposed to be any time after 1/21, but he vehicle wasn't picked up until 1/28. Called multiple times trying to get an ETA ON 1/22, 1/23, and 1/24. Finally found out that there was an issue with the CC. If I known earlier, could have taken care of it earlier, and therefore had pickup earlier.
Delivered 1/29. Still have not received the final receipt with cost of shipping.
