We shipped three cars from Ohio to Texas. One was to go before the other two. National Transport assisted us in getting all three cars shipped together and would arrive within a day of us getting to Texas. However, the shipment arrived late but only because the carrier's truck broke down. Olivia at National Transport kept us informed of the situation. She went beyond the typical customer service. We realize things like this could happen and she was very accommodating to our needs. She was very professional, friendly and great to work with. The carrier handled our cars with care and we received them in perfect condition. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend National Transport.
