I placed an order for a vehicle to be picked up through the online order form. The form was simple and straightforward. I was contacted within 12 hours and the pick-up was confirmed. They provided me with a day of pick-up and delivery. I was sent updates via email throughout the process which was very useful as I was not available by phone. I was in contact with the driver and updated as to the location of the vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was clean even though transported in an open trailer. The driver was professional, courteous, and flexible, as vehicle had to be unloaded in a busy area. The price of $995 was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely use National again for my vehicle transport needs.
