Took my deposit and then nothing !!

I contacted this company to transport a horse carriage for me to california,the rail company csx had recommended them(.what a mistake that has turned out to be,but i will let them know).I sent them $695.00 on 4/26/12 for the deposit, i am now writing this review on 5/11/12 15 days later and my carriage has still not been picked up.They initially quoted me $1695.00,but i did not realise that this price was for open transport, these people are supposed to be the experts why did'nt they advise me that this was not an appropriate way to transport an open horse carriage.When i mentioned this, the price then went to $2300.00.Then they said for $1895.00 they could do it, but after nearly a week of excuses from them, nothing.I now realise they are playing a waiting game,until i am so frustrated they can take more of my hard earned money.I have talked to every person at this company(National Transport llc) from Erin to Donna to Teresa i've been shifted around for the past 15 days.Erin was helpfull but she is not consistent and avoids customer concerns and fails to keep customers updated.During my frustation they put a supervisor on, this person who is supposed to help with customer concerns was the worst.The only thing she could offer was to say that for $2300.00 they could probably ship my carriage but gave me no indication when,this after nearly half of month of a run around.Her other solution was to cancel the order.then she hung up on me.They pay someone like her to take care of customers!!.....Right now it is friday the 11th of May,i will not get anything done till monday......can anybody offer me some advice because the person storing my horse carriage needs it gone by 15th of May,her lease has expired and she can no longer store it at the site.......sincerely Patrick Dillon.
