Car was picked up on time on wednesday. Car due to be delivered the following Monday. When Monday rolls around we contact the driver and hes just leaving the pickup state. No communication as all. When I contact customer service they tell me delays occur and they are sorry. 5 days and no communication?
They refused to compensate since delays occurs but did offer discount from next service (errrrr no I wont use them again).
In this day and age customer service should be of a much higher standard so suggest finding an alternative without these types of reviews
