Excellent customer service. We were having difficulty finding a carrier to transport our car to a small town in SW Washington. The original offering was $600. We inquired about increasing the bid. The staff at National Transport were very honest and responsive to our questions and concerns. We offered to increase the bid by $200 and got a driver that same day. National Transport did not tell us to increase, but said (at our suggestion) if we increased the price, we'd likely find a driver rather quickly and we did. I think if we had wanted to wait another week or so, we could have kept it at the original price. Once a driver was located the transport was done within 3 days. We can't saw enough good things about the actual transporter. He was a great guy, handled the car carefully and efficiently. To our surprise the car was in an enclosed carrier which was a real plus, since this was winter time in the Rockies and out to the west coast! The car arrived looking like it just came out of the car wash. I would highly recommend this company.
