For many many years we have used the same truck driver or our trip down to Surfside. This year we tried to reach him and be was no longer answering phones. The line was disconnected. We discovered that the driver is no longer doing this work and has retired. This was very tedious because I was not sure who I was going to find to move our car. Had recommended our truck driver because of issues we have heard of with transport brokers not doing the job they were hired to do. After doing research and calling we chose national express as the best candidate. We found them to be very knowledgeable and their people were courteous on the phone. Once the questions I had were answered to my satisfaction, I decided to do business with them. The main person that was our contact from their firm was a kind young woman named Angie. She was very sweet and took time to work with us. She went above and beyond. We were put in contact with an amazing driver and I arrived in Surfside as planned. I now have arranged for my return trip and expect it to be as stress free as the one down here for the winter. I have now recommended our friends and family that travel with us to use national express because of their professional manner of doing business and customer service. Thank you.
