No recourse from terrible, abusive drivers.

WARNING: Do NOT go with this company. National Express has really poor customer service (Carl is nice but states that his hands are tied) and has NO quality control over its drivers. When things go wrong, which they inevitably will, National Express will give you the worst run around of your life. When you finally get to speak with a manager, they will tell you that the max that they can give you is $50. Google has a word limit so I cannot be as detailed and specific with this review but I have dates and text messages—if Nat’l Express tries to discredit this review. Essentially, the driver I worked with was extremely unprofessional and was screaming hysterically at me through the phone right before pick up. I was so put off and was super upset/scared handing my car over to this emotional man. Ovidiu, the driver, also threatened to not release my car unless I paid the exact amount even though I told him to speak to the people at National Express who said I should get a discount for dropping off my car late. The driver also changed the dates of arrival and gave me a 2 hour heads up that he was going to drop off my car an entire day before he had originally told me and I had to scramble to pick it up. When I told National Express how terribly the driver had behaved towards me, they basically shrugged their shoulders and said that they could not do anything. I called Jorge probably fifteen times until I was able to speak to Carl but then Carl, who was very kind and validated my experience, said that the best he can do is stop working with the driver and give me back $50 out of the $1635 I paid. Do not do business with this company if you can help it.
