From beginning to end, it was a seamless experience. I was a little anxious about shipping a car because of negative reviews about other companies. Leo at National Car took the worry out of the experience He communicated regularly throughout the process and always replied promptly to my emails. We were making our arrangements a few days before Hurricane Irma was anticipated to make landfall, and Leo offered to modify the contract - he said I could cancel if he was not able to arrange for a carrier within 24 hours. I am so glad he was able to come through. The pick-up and delivery went just as scheduled. The driver communicated well and there were no problems at either end.
