I would never hire this company. They will take your money. Hire any company that will take the job wether they are qualified or not. They do not stand behind the company they hire . They do not carry any transport insurances. The companies they hire do not have suitable coverage. If you have any issues they wash their hands of it. Your on your own. So why hire them?
They hired a company to tow my mobik home. The company showed up with a F350 pick up truck. They took the Mobil home without notifying me that they were taking it. I was not there. They towed it to their yard. Then called me direct and demanded more money or Mobil home would not be delivered. I had no idea where they were located. Not did national transport. Yes the company who hired them. I had to call the police. Show proof of ownership to remove my Mobil home from this un guarded lot, that I had to hunt down to find. I also had to hire another driver who was DOT approved to tow this unit. The other company was not approved for this type if towing! National car transport did absolutely nothing to help. It gets better. When I found the unit. It had been in a collision. I took pictures before we hooked up. I also called and sent pictures to National Transport. Again nothing. Once the Mobil home was delivered to my location.?i received threatening calls from the trucker. He was threatening to have the last laugh and he knows where I live. I called National Transport. They told me nothing they could do call the police . The next day I received a call from Gabby at national car transport. She was on a three way with the driver who claimed he did not make those calls. She asked him to apologize on the phone . What a joke. He us not three years old! Since then. I have been given a claim number. The claim adjuster called me once and I have called him several tones. He told me that the hired company is not covered for these damages and to file a claim against the broker. The paper work you fill out states in fine print that they are not held responsible for any damage to units. So basically they hire incompetent companies that are not insured properly to move your assist. Oh yes I did get my deposit back after making a couple if calls. This was twice the work and lots if money out if my pocket because I hired the wrong company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!!! Worst experience, worst customer service , worst business dealing I have ever had !!!!!!
