What I liked:
1. A Competitive - Flat price. The quote of $1275 was all inclusive, door to door including all taxes, insurance etc. There were no hidden fees or add ons for expected service.

2. Customer Service - Each of the few times I called I received immediate attention to my questions and concerns. 2 Women I worked with in the office (sorry, I can't remember their names) were courteous, efficient and professional.

3. The actual transport - It was confirmed a few days in advance that the 1st day of the window of availability I had given was the pickup date. Perfect. That afternoon I received a call from the actual driver who stated he was held up in Boston (about 3 hours from where I was in CT) since the owner of another vehicle was not ready to release it as planned until the next day. I stated that was unacceptable, that I was confirmed and ready and he should be on his way without the Boston vehicle. The driver would not accommodate so I called the National Transport office direct. They immediately addressed the situation, asked that I sit tight while they investigate. I received a call back within the hour that another driver had been assigned and he arrived shortly thereafter! Mine was the last vehicle on the load and he was on his way. My car arrived 5 days, 2800 miles later in the same condition (or nothing that a car wash couldn't take care of.)
