poor service

Told company I needed to have car shipped no later than 12/17/12. Was told "no problem". We were moving to another state and needed one car to be shipped while we towed the other. As of noon on 1/17/12 we still had the car. Called National at 1;30 and told them again this car must ship today or we would have to cancel order and make other arrangements. Michael told me he was working on it and would get back to me in one hour. by 6:00PM I had tried to call him 5 times. Getting voice mail each time. At 8:00PM we were out of time. We had to take one of our cars to carmax and sell it at wholesale. We left the next morning. Of course they still have the $200 down payment.
Would strongly advise against using any company that requires this down payment.
