Absolutely terrible company

By far one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. I could not have made it easier, I gave them a month notice and a 2 week window to pick it up, and I didn't care how long it would take to deliver. But, I made it clear there was a drop-dead date, and Manny said "no problem". After paying the deposit, I never heard from them. As the deadline approached, I emailed and called, always unanswered. When they did finally pick up the phone, she would keep telling me that a driver would contact me. She said they would call the day before the final deadline. Final pickup day came and went, still nothing. When I finally got a hold of them again, I got "Yeah we weren't able to get a driver due to the holidays". What?? And you never bothered to call so I could try to make other arrangements?? Not even an apology, they just didn't give a damn. Of course, I demanded a refund. Thanks a lot.

I STRONGLY recommend you find another company!
