I first heard about National Auto Shipping from Findlay Honda in Henderson, Nevada. I was about to buy a car from them and had been researching car transporters for a couple of days. I looked at their reviews and for the most part seemed pretty good. The cost was also about $100 less than I was quoted by other companies (I ended up paying $895). From the beginning the staff was great. Manny was very professional and explained everything clearly. He gave me the total price up front and there weren't any extra or hidden fees. I was required to put down a deposit and pay the driver the remainder of the money upon delivery. He gave me all the information I needed and said if I had any other questions I could call them, give them my order number, and someone would promptly assist me.

I was told that when the car was being picked up that the driver would give me a call. I never got the call. When I didn't get a call the day it was supposed to be picked up or the day after I got a little worried. I gave National Auto a call and actually got Manny again. He said that the car was in route to me (New Orleans). I was surprised to hear that because I was expecting a call. Although they failed to inform me about it I wasn't mad just a bit disappointed because this was my first time using a car transport company and still kind of skeptical. Plus, I needed to know when it was going to arrive so I could make arrangements with work. They told me the car would arrive on Monday or Tuesday (June 14th or 15th) so I had requested those days off of work. Imagine my surprise when I get a call saying the car will be here Sunday morning between 8am-12pm. Luckily my dad was able to go and pick the car up for me since I would be at work from 6:30am-3:30pm otherwise I don't know what I would've done.

On the day of delivery my dad and mom went to meet the driver at the rendezvous point. He called the day before to make sure we were going and also when he was 3 miles out. My parents were pretty impressed. The car (2004 Honda S2000) was in an enclosed trailer with a car cover on it. Besides being a little dirty nothing was wrong with the car at all. The driver was real polite and nice. My dad gave him the remainder of the payment and both parties then went on their ways. I got a call from Manny 2 weeks later to see how everything went. I liked the fact that they followed up. It shows that they care about their customers and business.

Overall, it was a great experience and if I ever have to ship another car National Auto will be the first ones I call.
