We hired National Auto Shipping for a tow from NH to AZ. We were originally quoted $1995, they took a deposit and said the truck would be picked up in the next couple days. Didn't hear from them at all, thought I was getting scammed actually. We had no answers until Monday when they told us the driver had COVID. It took another 12 days for them to find another driver and it cost us an extra $300. We understand things happen but I wouldn't use them again.
