National did not deliver our vehicle but Falcon Logistics did. National was horrible at letting us know when it was being picked up. Was supposed to be Monday and did not get picked up until Tuesday at 9pm by Falcon Logistics. Once National,FINALLY gave me the truck drivers name and number I was able to talk to the driver directly who was AWESOME at communicating where he was and when he would be at our home. Would never go thru National again!!! Would definitely call Falcon Logistics directly next tine. Bimal the owner delivered our vehicle right to our home and he was really nice and on time! National needs better communication!!! I called 5 times on Monday after I was told they would call me and never did!
