What a total joke, I paid them in full right away and after two and a half weeks when they were three days late to pick up, I called and they were like " as a courtesy we can give you a refund, HA! I missed my ferry sailing, they completely dropped the ball after payment, and the lady that was posing as dispatch later informed me that she was only in accounting, what a SHAM, if you want to be scarred for life with trust issues, go with these guys
