The broker is top-notch, but the carrier operator worried me a bit.

This review would have been 5 stars, if not for the actual carrier who picked up my car. He seemed inexperienced and had trouble with a standard transmission. Also, the condition of some of the tires on the transport were questionable. This did cause me to worry somewhat during this move. Nevertheless, in the end everything went off without a hitch. My vehicle was picked up a day early and arrived on time at the desired location in one piece and damage-free. National Auto Shipping did everything to keep me updated on any schedule changes, and they absolutely are good to go. My only suggestion is that they vet their drivers and equipment a big more in-depth before associating their name with them.
