I filled out one of the quote generators on line and was barraged with phone calls and emails for a week. When I was ready I called the cheapest quote ($425) first and the broker (heavy accent) told me they had to contact the driver to find out the actual rate and the "my price" was an estimate based on similar trips/fees. Okay ... THAT was not a quote. And the drivers are subcontracted. It was an estimate. That company never called back. Looked over all the quotes ranging from $425 - $800+. The average was $550. I called the first $550 quote and couldn't understand the phone person. Was I talking to Malaysia? I politely ended the call. Next I called these guys. Spoke perfect English and gave me fast facts and communications. Claimed their truck/drivers were company owned. I would say the transaction was average as everything happened quickly and as it should BUT nowadays with our ADD society and so many under-qualified, unintelligible people in customer service Average is in fact Excellent. There was good communication with the dispatch/driver while in route so I knew within a half hour when the car would arrive. THAT is a big plus for me. And of course because the car came off the truck spotless and on time.

I probably won't have any immediate need to ship a car but I would use them again and will keep their contact info to forward as a referral if anyone ever crosses my path needing to move a car cross country.

PS: In case you hadn’t noticed clear English speaking with native U.S. vernacular in customer service is a pet peeve of mine. I am not a bigot but feel if your job description is to communicate in English you should be good to fluent at it.
