Many companies responded to my request for quote to ship my husband's precious car from our home to another state. Joel at National Auto Shipping was one of the few who followed up the email quote response with a personal introductory phone call. I immediately felt safe with Joel based on what seemed to be honest answers and knowledgeable information. He knew the background- that I was "on the rebound" because I had been trying to get our car shipped by another company for three weeks without success. Now it was crunch time, and Joel and National Auto Shipping came through. His super-fast and efficient assistant, Letty, got the paperwork rolling right away. Within one day of signing the contract, Joel found us a driver who picked up the next evening and delivered the car, safe and sound, the following afternoon. Wow, talk about awesome customer service! The driver was skilled in getting the vehicle loaded and unloaded without a scratch. He was pleasant and easy to reach by cell phone when I had a few questions. Let me close by saying that Joel was great with follow-up. He kept me apprised of each step of the process and was there at the end (within minutes of delivery I received a call to make sure everything went well. He also contacted the person who received the car within 15 min. to make sure all was well on that end). I wholeheartedly recommend National Auto Shipping to anyone needing transport service. I had to upgrade to a better company, but it was definitely worth it.)
