THIS MERCHANT IS UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD.

THEY ARE THE WORST AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

I NEEDED MY VEHICLE SHIPPED FROM SEAL BEACH CALIFORNIA TO DENVER COLORADO. I PAID THE DEPOSIT, SIGNED THE CONTRACT, AND MADE ARRANGEMENT FOR PICK UP ON JANUARY 29.

WELL.......IT WAS NOT UNTIL JANUARY 30TH THAT I EVER EVEN HEARD FROM THEM. DESPITE MY REPEATED PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES LEFT.

This Merchant claimed that on 1/30/14, I was informed by its dispatch that pick-up of my vehicle was delayed by one day. This, coupled with ALL OF THEIR other statements in is response to my credit card company were OUTRIGHT LIES!

I made 4 phone calls to the Merchant from January 25 through 28 to confirm pick-up of my vehicle. None of messages were returned. On January 28, I finally reached an individual in dispatch. The Merchant told me that the vehicle was scheduled to be picked-up on January 29 and she would confirm this with the driver and call me back.

We were scheduled to leave for Colorado on January 30, so I explained that it was critical that I be informed of any delays. She asked if I could "Just leave the keys to my car with a neighbor". I explained that this was NOT an option.

Because of the lack of communication by the Merchant over the previous several days, I suspected there would be further issues.

I was finally able to find someone that would be there when they picked up my car, as they had already caused us delays in our move.

I contacted my State Farm Insurance Agent ("Agent"). The vehicle would be parked at his office located about 1/2 mile away, and he agreed to be responsible for inspecting the car with the driver, and handing over the keys. I called the Merchant, and gave her his contact information. She confirmed that the driver would call him. I asked that the driver contact me directly if he had ANY issues whatsoever reaching my Agent. Neither my Agent nor I received any calls on January 29 and the vehicle was never picked up.

On January 30, I was still in Seal Beach. I made 7 calls to the Merchant beginning at 8:01 AM, and left several messages inquiring about the status of the vehicle. The last call I made was at 5:25 PM. None of the messages were returned, my vehicle remained in Seal Beach, and neither my Agent nor I had received a call from the driver.

I ended up driving my vehicle to Colorado because of the Merchant's failure to provide transport services as agreed upon.

It was NOT UNTIL TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4th, that the driver finally contacted my Agent, and left a message regarding pick-up of the vehicle. He never reached my Agent, nor did he ever contact me.

On WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5th, the Merchant finally contacted me directly regarding pick up of my vehicle. It was during that conversation that I told her that they did not provide the service as agreed upon, and that I was disputing the charge.

Please be advised that the only contact numbers the Merchant had are mobile numbers, and monthly billing statements confirmed all dates and times of my attempts to contact the Merchant, and the Merchant's calls to me.
