The pick up was 2 days before the anticipated date. The service was door-to-door but if there is no room for the truck to park to load/unload, you have to drive to the truck. This happened to me both during the pick up and drop off. The expected time was 5 days but they took 6 days which is reasonable. The service was average and price of $595 was reasonable.
