I hired this company to transport my BMW from Nevada to NY. When I was first contacted by Manny, on Monday June 3, 2013, he promised my vehicle would be picked up on Wednesday June 5 at 1500 hrs. Now it is Tuesday June 11 and they advise me that there is no truck assigned to pick up my car for the week of June 10-15. Each time I called, although they were very respectful, they were also at times very evasive as to why my vehicle was not picked up. Finally on Tuesday I engaged a manger in conversation and he told me that their enclosed carrier had mechanical issues and was in California awaiting repairs since last week. They could have told me this a week earlier and I could have made other arrangements since I have a very small window to receive car as I am leaving the country very shortly for a month. They knew someone in dispatch failed to do their job properly and today issued me a full refund. I know this company has a five star review, but they failed to provide me with a service I contracted them for and their communication and honesty is suspect in my opinion.
I could care less if they publish my name, email address and number. I welcome all calls from prospective customers so I can enlighten them about this 5 star company.

Gene Anthony Santoro 1169 Hervey Street Cornwallville ny 12418 718 510 3532 (518) 750-8166 geneanthony00@aol.com As we have described to this customer when he booked his job driver was estimated to load him up on the dates requested. Our driver had mechanical problems leaving California to head out to Nevada to load him up ( it was a PTO problem with our truck ) We explained to client and he understood and we where making more calls to see if we got another driver that can do it faster than the truck that was broken down. We credit his account in full. Did not charge him nothing Since our driver broke down. We did apologize for the delay. National Auto Shipping 877-393-3232
