First the good -
Vehicle was picked up and delivered when expected, at a reasonable price.

Now the not so good -
When I originally spoke with Manny I was told the driver does a thorough inspection of the vehicle and takes photos of any preexisting damage.

When the vehicle arrived I expected it to be dirty because of the open transport, but it was really filthy on the exterior and it made me think it was transported or driven over dirt roads for an extended period of time. I was assured by the auction company that I bought it from that it was clean when it was picked up. Dirt isn't a big deal since it can be washed off but the problem is that it can obscure damage.

After I got the vehicle washed, I noticed damage that was not present in the auction photos so I emailed National asking for a copy of the driver's inspection. I emailed on 10/30/12 - no response, again on 11/3/12 - no response, again on 11/6/12 I was told by Jessica that she would try to contact the driver, and as of 11/27/12 I still have no documents or photos from the driver and no further contact from National Auto Shipping since 11/6/12. I want the driver's inspection report so that I can determine where the damage occurred. Is the driver trying to hide something?

When the vehicle was delivered, the driver never gave me ANY paperwork. I asked about this and he said "Your key is your receipt". I thought this was really strange. The auction company also told me the driver gave them no paperwork when he picked up the vehicle. So I don't even know the driver's company name or personal name.

If the driver doesn't submit the inspection report or photos, I think National Auto Shipping should refuse to give this driver any additional transport jobs.

To Mayo Pardo mayo@designcutters.com (847) 931-4171. Responding to your brutaliation review against our Company is totaly FALSE. This Customer set up his appointment with us on 10/17/12 ( ASAP ORDER meaning he needed the car moved ASAP ) we cordinated a driver for the 10/18 The fallowing day and delivered on time on the 10/23 ( 6 days ). So we did our part on transporting time. Now to talk about DAMAGE - We loaded up the vehicle from Bidadooo - Apache Equipment Rentals ( THE CUSTOMER Mayo Pardo purchased this vehicle without even seeing the FORD EXPLORER 2006 in PERSON ) 1-DRIVER INSPECTED THE CAR ON PICKUP NOTICED ALL DAMAGES AND DENTS WHEN WE LOADED UP THE CAR. Same way the car was unloaded the customer Mayo Pardo signed the Bill of inspection on delivery that he received his car in good condition. 3-5 Days After truck was delivered customer states there is damage on his truck. National Auto Shipping took care of client from Day 1 to the truck was delivered. this review is False and Brutal. So for All Future clients when bidding on cars online and never have seen the car in person make sure you get accurate information from your seller since we use Mayo Pardo as a example and try to blame the auto carrier.
