Manny was very professional and courteous. I had a delay in getting the vehicle shipped due to a recall issue. Manny contacted me on a regular basis to determine when I was ready to transport the vehicle. It was that personal touch that tipped the scale in favor of National Auto Shipping. The vehicle was picked up on 2/15/12 and delivered on 2/16/12. The vehicle arrived safely and I am a highly satisfied customer!!
