No Pickup / No Response

If you wish to deal with a company without scruples, that will lie, and lack the courage to respond to your concerns, then "National Auto Shipping", is a perfect choice for you.

After considering several companies, I unfortuneately selected NAS, based on the assurance by Manny that my requirements would be met and there would not be any problems. A deposit of $195 was faxed with a copy of my drivers license and credit card were faxed to consumate the contract. I am now concerned that this Info. is in possession of questionable people.

My requirements were:

The Jeep was to be picked up no later then August 2, 2011,
This was necessary because my flight to Florida was booked for early departure on the 3rd. and car rental arrangements had been made. Manny was specifically told that no person would be available to release the car after Aug. 2nd.

Manny assured me that the picup date woud be met.

After hours of waiting with a no-show of the pickup, I repeatedly called Manny for information.
None of my manycalls were responded to, the receptionist giving the lame excuse that he was busy on another call.
No return call was ever made, and I was left to make last minute and costly changes to my travel plans.

My credit card company has been instructed to dispute the deposit charges, however, theiir attempts to contact this company have also failed.

"National Auto Transport's" conduct is unethical, inexcusable, and cowardly.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT solicit this company.
You have been forewarned, and to be forewarned is to be forearmed !!

Jayne foreit. 9547 tara cayk ct - seminole fl 33776 201-674-2967 rar411@verizon.net - - We had a driver assigned to Jayne forest on the 2nd of august. Driver had some mechanical problems and couldnt make it on time to load up the car. DRIVER WAS 17 HOURS LATE and Customer indicated not to pickup her car. Our Dispatch department was in contact with jayne foreit at all TIME. And we do understand ghr frustration due to the fact that our driver had some mechanical problem and couldn't load her up on time. But we deal with Trucks and these things happen in this industry. Her Review Is EXAGIRATED. since she had been in comunication with us. and her credit card was refunded for her deposit since we couldnt perform our duties on the dates requested. WE do not stay with no ones deposit if we cannot perform our job. We are sorry for the delay as we spoke to you but we can't predict whats going to happen tommorrow on the road Jayne. your review is False in the negativity against us. best regard's, NAS 877-393-3232
