I used this company to move my old 1995 Toyota camry from Savannah, GA to Portland, OR. The price was ok but the car was not pick up until about 2 days later than initially schedule; this might have been due to the point of origine and the destination (going from a relatively small city in the Southeast end of the country to a medium size city across to the pacific northwest of the country). But once the car was pick up, it was drop off a day earlier than anticipated. the car was suppose to be drop off between 7-10 days but arrived late night on the 6th day with no problem other than few miscommunications which I take some responsibility on 1 of them for not finding the time to read the final invoice that was sent to me after the driver pick up the car from Savannah.
I would just make 1 recommendation to tell or remind customers or prospective customers that drivers will only take cash, money order No personal check and if you use your credit card you will be charge an additional 5% on the total amount that was suppose to be paid to the driver.
