Damaged my Car and Refuses to Pay

I had my M3 delivered from ILL. to Wa. last year. When they delivered my car it was damaged. They acknowledged this damage and directed me to work with their insurance agent. I did and was provided 200 dollars to cover 1200 dollars in damages. I was told to work directly with NAO to claim the 1000 dollars. I spoke to the owner Tim O. he was friendly and assured me he would pay me. He has now spent 8 months avoiding me, won't return my calls, and will not pay me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NAO.
