Our experience with NAO was not much of an improvement over how we were treated at M Two Reeves. Countless misinformation on where the cars were at what time is an assessment of our experience.
To top it off, the delivery driver called and stated that he would be delayed due to a tire repair. He shows up at 10:30 PM ET and expects to deliver our cars. That would NEVER happen if he was delivering to a car dealer or a storage location but he expected us to be there and accept the cars no matter what. Bottomline, we finally got our cars (late), both filthy, but bottom-line we now have them. We will NEVER use your transport service again and will NEVER hesitate to inform others that your company is NOT the way to go.
The only positive to the experience was the way our storage unit staff kept us informed. Maybe without someone there seeing how your property is treated is the key to NAO staying in business. If folks knew more, they would be as disgusted as we are about this experience.
