My dissatisfaction with the shipment is mostly with the broker, Transport Services of Boca Raton, FL. They misled me and their communication with me was atrocious. NOA's driver, Sergei, was very pleasant and professional. My only complaint with him was that he does not answer his cell phone and his mailbox is not turned on, so there is no point in calling him to learn when he will pick up and deliver your vehicle. I ended up calling the company in Spokane and determining from whomever answered their phone where he was and when he would arrive. I didn't mind the late delivery, as I was just visiting my son in St. Paul, anyway, and the car was a gift to him that he could receive anytime. I also did not mind that it was dirty, as I realized Sergei has to drive through blizzards and such to get the car to MN. I shipped it so I wouldn't have to drive through that crap in late March. If the brokers weren't such lying sleezes, I would probably have been perfectly content with the shipping experience. I just think NAO needs to work on communication between driver and customer if they want happy customers. And it's too bad they have to take bookings from poorly-run brokers like Transport Services.
