At first I was a little hesitant but after just confirming and making sure all was good I was fine. They kept in touch via text and phone call. The contract was easy to sign. I am very pleased with my experience with Liza Brookes. She was so helpful and worked so hard on my case! I live in Oregon so I was doing all of this from another state. This was very helpful and I’m grateful for her patience as I know I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I was emotional and frustrated beyond max. So thank you Liza for being so patient with me.
