I am not providing this review about Moverjet as a company; I am reviewing Jordan Lewis' performance as he was my contact person and worked diligently and professionally to ensure I had a good experience as a first-time customer. My car was being transported from Kansas to New Hampshire for my daughter to drive while in school on the east coast. I had never shipped a vehicle before and Jordan answered every question I had about the process. The contract language is somewhat confusing, as well as somewhat deceiving, and Jordan took time for a 3-way conversation by phone with me and my husband who was out of town at the time. My only disappointment (and I'm confident this is an industry-wide practice), is that I was quoted a very good rate; then after the contract was signed the rate increased "due to their contracted driver requiring an additional $100"). The contract did 'warn' that this might happen, so therefore I was anticipating it would ... and it did! Regardless, the car arrived safely and within the timeframe committed, so the end result was all good! Jordan, we appreciate you doing your job and hope you continue to thrive in the industry!
