Worst experience ever! Not responsible at all! Do not use them unless you have no choice! I write down the details below if you are interested. But to put story short, they first quote me $750, then asked for $850, then $900 in the last minute, and still did not deliver on time. The driver they found was late, cursed me and threatened to hold my car in custody, meanwhile MoverJet Logistics said they are just a broker, and they did not have the responsibility to help me. Details In the middle of August, I needed to relocate from Houston to San Diego and contacted them for a quote. Their original quote was $750. But since I needed my car delivered to somewhere near San Diego airport on 08/27 morning, and they said that was special request and they could not guarantee unless I paid $100, I booked the load with them @$850, and the trouble began. First the representative Liza told me she would have a carrier and pickup date for me by 19th or 20th. But since I did not hear anything by 19th, I reached out to her and asked. She said she had difficulty of finding drivers cause the delivery time I asked for was too accurate, and no one could guarantee the delivery on 08/27, which was totally opposite of what they told me before. They said they needed to charge $100. After arguing with them for a long time, they finally agreed to book a driver for $50 more, which made the total to $900. During that time I could not find a substitute within a short of period of time, so I had to accept that. The trucking company they booked with is called Royal Logistics, a company located in Los Angeles. After the driver was booked, I asked if he/she could pick up on Monday 02/23, Liza said yes. On Sunday morning, driver's wife called me and asked if they can come to pick up on Sunday. I told her the appointment time was Monday, but if she had to pickup Sunday, it worked for me. She said they would come on Monday then. On Monday around noon they showed up and picked up my car. The couple looked nice and they said they would contact me on 08/26 the day before delivery. However, until 08/26 night, no one contacted me. On 08/27, when I landed in San Diego early in the morning, still no calls or emails or text message. I contacted the driver's wife, she said she was in Los Angeles and needed to deliver to other customers, and said can not deliver to me until noon. My schedule on that day was get my car, drive to the hotel, and go check apartments. Their delay totally ruined my plan. I had to take Uber to the hotel I booked it cost me $30 or $40 bucks. When I arrived at hotel, I called Liza and told her what was going on. I said your price went from $750 to $850 to $900 because you told me Saturday morning delivery was a special request, and I paid the extra, but delivery was still not on time, I needed refund. At first Liza said she would help, but after several phone calls she said she could not help because carrier did not agree on refund and I need to directly talked to driver myself. I said I booked the load with you, and she said MoverJet Logistics is only a broker to help me booked the load with carrier, and after that, they took no responsibilities. At last, driver couple arrived on 08/27 @430pm, and upon arrival, driver started to curse me. He said I did not allow them to pick up on Sunday, and Monday pickup cause him delay. I replied that we agreed on Monday delivery. He said I lied about that, made his supervisor and his customer mad, and he threatened to take my car back to his yard in Los Angeles and hold it. And when talked with the owner, she said the delay was caused by mechanical issue and there was nothing they could do. So eventually I had to pay $900 in full to get my car.
