Copy of my email to the firm: Hello - A review of the above order reveals a commission fee overcharge of $100 which needs to be refunded to my credit card. The original order for $1099, which was a C.O.D. payment to a carrier of $999 and fixed fee commission of $100 to your firm on the above jtracker order of 8/14/2021, was required to be increased by $76 to $1175 according to Milena Smith on 8/16/2021 to secure a specific carrier with whom she was currently having negotiations; I was told that the carrier required a higher transport fee than was previously offered to him. I agreed to that higher amount based on the representation to me that the carrier was receiving a $76 higher transport fee. However, once the carrier was secured and your invoice subsequently sent to me, the email sent by Milena Smith showed a breakout of $975 as the C.O.D. amount to be paid to the carrier, Express Line Transportation LLC, which was less than the $999 on the original order. The total price of $1175 provided to your firm a $200 commission fee rather than the $100 fee on the order. It is apparent that Ms. Smith lied to me to increase her commission by intentionally misrepresenting the reason for the $1175 total as opposed to the $1099 on the original order. Your firm was actually paying less to the carrier than was stated on the order and pocketing a commission increase by creating a phony and stressful situation with a client who was under duress to have a vehicle shipped cross-country. This was most dishonest. I have retained the emails and a copy of the original order. Please refund the $100 commission fee overcharge today so that I do not need to initiate a back charge / refund complaint with my credit card issuer. Thank you.
