Office staff is great, transporters are not

Jordan was very helpful when I discovered the contract had the wrong pickup date. He got that sorted immediately. However, on the day of pickup there was a problem. The transporter could not pickup on the day scheduled forcing my to bother my neighbor to use his driveway and hand the keys out for me because we had to leave on the date scheduled because we had reservations to get to Florida. Secondly the shipping price was increased $400 from contracted price and I was advised the afternoon before my move. Lastly the transporter would not come to my new home because of overhanging trees. Fair enough but the closest he could get was over 30 miles from our house. There’s a highway that passes by our house about a mile away. He would not use that road forcing me to travel quite a distance. Again Jordan did a great job and he has little control what the transporters do. But this was still part of the process so as much as I want to give Jordan a 5-star rating I cannot. The last minute change, price increase and journey needed to get my cars ruined it for me.
