My brother contacted Mover Jet Logistics (MJL) to have two of my cars (minivan & convertible) picked up from Maryland and delivered to WNY to be repaired at my brother's garage (yes, he cares about his sister and doesn't trust any diagnostics not his own). James Kozak at MJL was our POC and worked really hard at getting me a) a fair price, b) a trustworthy carrier (the first one who answered reached out to me directly and wanted to change the contract dates/pick up times. James jumped in and shut that clown down ASAP and apologized for the inconvenience!), c) kept me in the loop every step of the way until he found the right carrier, and d) confirmed delivery of my vehicles. Straight up fantastic service, coordination, and resolution. Man, James took more ownership of this job than some of my co-workers do with their own work! I would happily recommend him and MJL to anyone and will use them again if ever needed. The carrier that James found was actually two brothers who were polite, friendly, courteous, and kept in contact as to their whereabouts and ETA for pickup (texting/calling about traffic delays (always knucklehead accidents around the these parts nowadays) and other updates). They were super careful loading my cars onto a 3-car carrier and gingerly backed down my street after loading while it was raining! Thanks, James, for such a great job! Maybe MJL can have you teach all the other folks working logistics how to do it right! Kudos!
