AWFUL COMPANY!! We had a scheduled pickup for 2 vehicles in Texas to be transported to California. We communicated with the company and dispatcher multiple times throughout the scheduled day of pick, and was given very vague information on pick up time. The dispatcher gave us the contact information for the driver, but his phone went straight to voicemail without the ability to leave a message. We never received a pickup window. We were told repeatedly that the driver was in our area and would be in contacted shortly. NEVER received a phone call. Our credit card was charge for the deposit that was only to be charged once the vehicles were picked up per the company's contract. When calling the company about why we were charged without our vehicles being picked up. All we were told is that the driver would still pick our vehicle the same day. We waited for the call from the driver for 3-4 hours after we were charged the deposit (remind you) this deposit was only to be charged once the vehicles were picked up, we still heard nothing. Therefore, we decided to cancel the transport service, was instructed to email the agent communicating our request, and we would receive a full refund of the deposit. The driver finally called us after the fact of cancellation and he still could not give us a clear time for pick up. Instead of this company being professional and upholding their contract, the agent [ROMAN] , argued with my husband and I about how we were wrong and REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR DEPOSIT BACK!! MOVERJET LOGISTICS YOUR COMPANY NEEDS AN OVERHAUL ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATION. I HIGH DISCOURAGE USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR AUTO TRANSPORT NEEDS!!! Shame on you for not refunding our money and abiding by YOUR contract!
