It was my first experience with Moverjet logistics but seems not the last one! Needed to ship my Mercedes from Houston, Texas to Miami, Florida because of work so I had exact time frames and for me, it was important to get my vehicle delivered without delays. Also wanted to organize the shipping process as easy as it's possible because didn't have extra time to solve issues. I've chosen MoverJet Logistics according to reviews and can say with certainty that never had to regret about that. Those guys know how to provide great customer service! They offered me a good price, and once I signed a contract with them, my shipping agent started working on my case. He regularly gave me updates so I was sure that all are on track. Driver was booked in 2 days, although I knew that road is popular, so it can take much more time. Once driver came to pick up my Mercedes, I was proposed to sign an electronic bill of lading. I've never seen this before. You describe your vehicle conditions in this form on-line, add pictures and in case if something happens during transportation, it's easy to prove that the car was damaged. This really made me relaxed and I understood that I'm dealing with reliable company. In conclusion, wanted to say that my vehicle was delivered at the agreed time, shipping agent called me in advance to inform me about the time of delivery so I could plan my day without any "surprises". Thank you for the great service! I'll definitely continue to ship my vehicle with you
