Dishonest pricing 0 customer service 0 guarantees unless in writing: do not take any verbal promises 0 acountability I was quoted at $875, most likely for marketing purposes. This was the price to guarantee my car shipped on the date that was promised to me by your agent, which I should have gotten down in writing. But considering your reviews on accountability I trusted that agent. Unfortunately the price increase to $1020. I went with it to avoid your ridiculous $200 fee I'd be charged if I cancelled even if it was after the promised date and to make sure my car would be picked up on the said date. If I didn't pay that higher amount I would have had to wait 5 days minimum to cancel. The contract says 1-5 days timeframe to find a driver, BUT the agent said to disregard that since my situation was different. FUTURE CUSTOMERS: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Any verbal agreements here are garbage to this company. In addition, the dealership told your company and the driver to put my car cover on the car to be delivered plus I called in to verify it. I was told it would be. Car was just delivered completely dirty with no car cover on it, horrible service. Your agents have 0 communication skills and only give fake promises to get rid of customers on the phone. I am extremely upset about your nightmare of service, will not do business again and will forewarn others about this ridiculous business transaction.
